A Little About Us...

G.G. White is the owner of Personal Touch Catering. He has been in the food service industry since the early 1980's. He has an advanced degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales College in Providence, Rhode Island. After completing his education, he honed his culinary skills at large hotels and restaurants in the Florida and Greater Cleveland area including the Diplomat Hotel in Hallendale, Florida, the St. Thomas Wyndham Grand in the Virgin Islands and the Beverly Hills Cafe in Beachwood, Ohio.

His desire to work with individual clients led him to start Personal Touch catering. He uses only the freshest and finest quality food.
